Delivery
All orders are sent using a Tracked Delivery Service and are delivered Monday - Saturday (exc. Bank or Public Holidays)
Your delivery time frame will begin from the following working day if the order is placed after 2pm.
A signature is not currently required at the point of delivery.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
Hong Kong - HKD 39 or FREE on orders over HKD 200
Japan - ¥1500 or FREE on orders over ¥5000
United Kingdom £10 or FREE on orders over £60
USA - $15 or FREE on orders over $100
Rest of World - $15 or FREE on orders over $100
- Please allow up to 5 working days for your order to be prepared, dispatched and delivered.
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email to confirm and a tracking number.
- During promotional periods, your order may take a little longer to arrive.
Returns
Not quite right?
We are happy to offer returns on all orders placed at garciajapan.com.
We offer a 7 days return policy from the day your receive your package. The items must be returned unused, and in original condition and packing. We reserve the right to reject a return if the items have any signs of use.
As soon as we have received and accepted the returned items, the refund will be issued. Please be aware that the refund will be credited to the credit card originally used for purchase of the items, minus taxes or import duties, if any.
The return shipping cost must be paid by you, and is not covered by GarcÍa Japan. The return is at your own risk, and therefore we recommend that you keep a postage receipt with tracking number, to prove that the package was sent, if it gets lost in mail. Please contact our customer service to arrange for return.
